The rest of the schedule changes according to the season and my on the
road teaching schedule. Please make every effort to contact me ahead of time
if you are a new

teaching methodologies are Kripalu (PKYT) & Integrative
Yoga Therapy. However, I
have been known to throw a little Kripalu DansKinetics into the

$120/8 class card. You can use your credits for any
classtime. Karma Yoga practiced where appropriate.
